Seeing as we are a small, family-run business, shipping will be the buyer’s expense. If you live near our store, you’re welcome to drop by and return your product for a full product refund.
Returns - BC E-Bike Rebate Program
We do not accept returns from customers who participate in the BC E-Bike Rebate Program. We cannot provide you with a cash, debit refund, credit card refund, cash equivalent gift card or merchandise credit. Please make sure your decision to purchase an E-Bike is final.
Exchanges - BC E-Bike Rebate Program
If you are a customer who participated in the BC E-Bike Rebate Program and your E-Bike is in some way defective, it may only be exchanged for another E-Bike of equal value (same cost/price) or higher.

Your return will be processed within 7 days of being delivered to GearHub Sports and you will be notified by email when it is complete.

Items must be unused, free of wear and tear and in original packaging. Seeing as we are a small, family-run business, shipping will be the buyer’s expense. If you live near our store, you’re more than welcome to drop by and return your product for a full product refund.
We are happy to process returns 30 days from the date of purchase. We can also process or help guide you through processing manufacturer's warranties against manufacturer’s defects. Please contact our store by email [email protected] or phone 250.423.5555 to this end.

a) You can request a return from your online store account, email us at [email protected] or give us a call at 250.423.5555 ext. 3.
b) Please contact us at [email protected] about your return to reduce delays in processing. All returns made without prior authorization will warrant a restocking fee of 20% your purchase price.
c) Ship your item by prepaid, insured post to:
Your return will be looked over for wear and tear and if it looks like it did when we shipped it to you, your refund (minus shipping fees) will be processed within 7 days of being delivered to GearHub Sports. You will be notified by email when it is complete.
That depends:
a) Worn/used items cannot be returned unless you live near our brick and mortar store and opt to re-sell your item through our consignment process.
b) If your item has a manufacturing defect in its materials or workmanship, it may be covered by a separate warranty from the manufacturer. In the case of a warranty, we are happy to assist you through this process and please do reach out to us for further instructions, as these vary depending on the manufacturer. The cost of returning the item to us or the manufacturer is the responsibility of the customer, however, we cover the cost of getting the replacement item back to you.
This is a bit of a tricky, logistic-type situation for online sales, as we can only issue a refund to the person who purchased your gift.
