Gearhub Sports Summer Contest Terms and Conditions
- Eligibility
1.1 The Gearhub Sports Summer Contest (the "Contest") is open to all customers who make a purchase either in-store or online at Gearhub Sports between July 1, 2024, and Sept 2, 2024.
1.2 Participants must follow the QR code provided upon purchase and either sign up for the Gearhub Sports newsletter or follow Gearhub Sports on Instagram, or both, to be eligible for the Giveaway.
- Entry Method
2.1 To enter the Giveaway, participants must:
- Make a purchase at Gearhub Sports during the Giveaway period.
- Follow the QR code provided.
- Sign up for the Gearhub Sports newsletter or follow Gearhub Sports on Instagram, or both.
- Purchase Requirements
3.1 There is no minimum purchase amount required to be eligible for the Giveaway.
- Giveaway Period
4.1 The Giveaway begins on July 1, 2024, at 12:00 AM and ends on September 2, 2024, at 11:59 PM (the "Giveaway Period").
- Prize Details
5.1 There will be a total of two (2) winners selected: one for purchases made in July and one for purchases made in August.
5.2 Each winner will receive a reimbursement to their Gearhub customer account for the amount of their purchase, up to a maximum of $2000.
5.3 The reimbursement is only applicable to the purchase made during the Giveaway Period and cannot exceed the amount spent on the qualifying purchase.
- Selection of Winners
6.1 Winners will be selected through a random draw conducted by Gearhub Sports.
6.2 The draw for the July winner will take place after July 31, 2024, and the draw for the August winner will take place after September 2, 2024.
6.3 Winners will be notified directly by Gearhub Sports via email, phone, or Instagram direct message.
6.4 Winners' names may also be announced on Gearhub Sports' social media platforms.
6.5 If a winner does not respond within fourteen (14) days of notification, an alternate winner may be selected.
- Additional Rules
7.1 Participants must retain their purchase receipt as proof of purchase may be required, or have a customer account with Gearhub Sports where the receipt will be on file.
7.2 The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.
7.3 Participants must make a purchase, follow the QR code, and either follow Gearhub Sports on Instagram or subscribe to the newsletter to be eligible.
- Privacy Policy
9.1 Participants' personal information will be used solely for the purpose of administering the Giveaway and in accordance with Gearhub Sports' Privacy Policy.
9.2 By entering the Giveaway, participants consent to the use of their personal information for the purposes described above.
9.3 Participants' personal information will not be shared, although the winners' names may be announced on Gearhub Sports' social media platforms.
- Disqualification
10.1 Gearhub Sports reserves the right to disqualify any participant who breaches these Terms and Conditions or engages in fraudulent or dishonest conduct.
- Miscellaneous
11.1 Gearhub Sports reserves the right to modify or cancel the Giveaway at any time without prior notice.
11.2 By participating in the Giveaway, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
