Shimano's Low Viscosity Hydraulic Mineral Oil is formulated specifically for the latest generation XTR M9200/M9220 and XT M8200/M8220 disc brake systems and is incompatible with other Shimano mineral oil brakes. The reformulated low-viscosity fluid flows consistently across a wider temperature range for a reliable, consistent bite point in all trail conditions. It is a non-corrosive mineral oil that will not absorb water from the air and will not damage seals, hoses, or painted surfaces. The oil has a distinctive yellow color to differentiate it from Shimano's standard mineral oil, and this 1000ml bottle is intended for full workshop servicing.
